For 12 years, through the 1990s and into the 3rd millennium, Community News & Views provided the American Shia community and beyond with a way to connect across this vast country to share our opinions, dedications, and moments of triumph and loss. Upon the recent passing of our Founder, Syed-Mohsin Naquvi, earlier this year and as we are now more disconnected than ever, we at Mohsena Memorial Foundation thought it was an appropriate time to put out a Special Issue of the retired newsletter. This issue serves as a tribute to the many Shia community members that have left our temporal world this year. Please take some time to read through their life stories and recite a Sura Al Fateha to bless their souls. If you would like us to add your loved one’s memory to this page, please contact us at info@mohsena.org.
